The central library has started its functioning at few day in college building. In 1970 college has built separate building. From 1970 to 2006 college library has single store building the carpet area of the 336 Sq. miters, in that building one reading room for 40 readers, one stack room, and three separate rooms for processing section and staff reading room. In the 2006 building has expanded and 1^st floor build for reading room with attached toilet and bathroom. The second reading room capacity is more than 90 students.

          Library is the centre of any academic setting while class-room teaching provides a glimpse of knowledge. The libraries disseminate wide range of knowledge which are required to attain intellectual rights. Dissemination of knowledge in any academic institution is attained by  means of i) Teaching ii) Publication iii) Extension programmes. Library being a treasure house of the ever increasing universe of knowledge supplements to perform all the above three activities. Library having good collection of subject related books, journals, periodicals and other informative resources within the library timings. The college library has a rich collection of Reference books like Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, directories, special collection, Autobiography and biographies and religions books like Vedas, Bhagwad Geeta Kuran, Bible etc.

          The library has partly open access. The library having special processing section. The library used Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme.

For the classifying the resources and these books are arranged subjectwise on stack. The library adopting classification scheme for arrangement of books, However books are arranged in three types on stack;

1.     Arrange old books as per DDC scheme(Subject wise)

2.     Arrange the books Studying Class. i.e. B.A. I,II,III

3.     Arrange new reference books as per serial number in display rack.

The library is having 25030 Books, 52 Journals/Periodicals and 08 News Papers. Also library is N-LIST member user can access 3828 E-Journals and 90,000 E-books.

          The library is fully computerized using SOUL 2.0 Software which is designed and developed by Information Library Networks (INFLIBNET) Gandhinagar an Inter University of UGC. In this software more than 18020 Books entered from 2011-12. Library provides Barcode issue return. With help of Barcode we completed 3^rd principal of Dr. S.R.Ranganathan “ Save the Time of Readers” also we provide OPAC service on demand from2011-12 and now we arrange speared a PC for OPAC. We promise to keep complete five laws of library science, these are following.

1)    Books are for use

2)    Every book has his/her readers.

3)    Every reader has its book.

4)    Save the time of the readers.

5)    Library is a growing organism.
