General Rules:

1.   Readers should observe strict silence inside the library. Every Library   User has a right to a peaceful environment for reading. Please make sure that you are not violating this right of other users.

2.   Every student should have library member other wise fine Rs. 50 charge for year.

3.  The special reading room is available for Girls on 1^st flower, Boys are strictly prohibited.

4.     Readers should have enter his name in visitors books

5.     Use of Mobile phones is not permitted inside the library premises.

6.     Cycles/Vehicle should be kept at cycle stand only

7.     Users are not allowed to carry eatables/drinks inside the library premises.

8.     Library membership card is non-transferable.

9.   Marking, scratching, damaging, mutilating, stealing, library materials or  property will invite disciplinary action against the defaulters.

10  Readers should not carry books from one floor to another and should leave the books on the reading table after consulting.

11. Readers should not talk or discuss as they may disturb other readers. Reading halls are meant for individual study and research only.

12.    Users should not rest or keep their feet on tables, chairs, shelves, etc.

13. The library shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of the     personal belongings of the users.

14. The Librarian reserves the right to suspend the membership of any member found misbehaving with the library staff or with any other member.

15.Consultation facility is available for Research Scholars of other Universities/Institutions for a short period with permission of Ho’ble Principal.

Circulation  Rules :

1.     Student  have must enter their name for library membership. At the time of membership student should have provide Admission fee sleep and Identity card.

2.     Without providing Identity card and Barcode library card books can’t be issue.

3.     Student can barrow 01 Book form Book Bank and 02 books for 10 days.

4.     The normal period of loan may be extended for a further period of two weeks either by bringing the book and getting the next due date stamped.

5.     Before the Exam and after the clearance if students want to use book. Books are issue only in reading room.

6.     Students can reserve books at the Circulation Counter in case they are already issued.

7.     Books in demand may not be renewed.

8.     The overdue charges Rs. One per day after due date.

9.     Readers are responsible for books issued against their names.

10. Library reserves the right to recall any issued book even before the due date.

11.The material such as rare books, Reference Books, Journals & Periodicals etc can not  be issued any case.

12.  Borrowers must satisfy about the physical condition of the books before borrowing otherwise they will be held responsible for any damage later or at the time of return.

13.Membership shall be suspended for repeated delay in returning the books.

14.Photocopy facility provide to research scholars of other Universities/Institutions. Home issue of books is not allowed.These rules are subject to revision/ updation from time to time without assigning any reason.
